LabelCropTools is an independent software service. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, courier, printer, and payment-provider names and marks belong to their respective owners. We use those names only to describe compatible workflows. Unless we expressly say otherwise, no marketplace, carrier, or printer company sponsors, approves, or endorses this service.

Review every document before using it

The software attempts to identify and arrange content in a source document. Marketplace templates change, and scanned, rotated, low-quality, password-protected, or unfamiliar PDFs may not be recognised correctly. Before downloading, printing, or dispatching, compare the result with the original and check at least:

• recipient and return addresses, including postal codes;
• order, tracking, and shipment identifiers;
• product details, SKU, size, colour, and quantity where present;
• the full barcode or QR code and its surrounding quiet area;
• page count, orientation, crop boundary, and page order.

Keep the source file available. If any part is missing, blurred, clipped, or uncertain, do not use that output for fulfilment.

Printing and barcode limitations

A 4 × 6 inch page is 101.6 × 152.4 mm. It is not exactly the same size as 100 × 150 mm. Printer drivers, paper, scaling, resolution, margins, ink or thermal darkness, and device settings affect the printed result. Use a supported page size, avoid unintended “fit-to-page” scaling, and inspect a sample print. We cannot guarantee that a marketplace or carrier will scan or accept a label produced from a particular source file or printer setup.

Estimates, generated codes, and guidance

Calculators and examples use the inputs and assumptions shown on screen. Results are estimates for planning and do not replace a courier’s invoice, an accountant’s advice, or a decision by a marketplace or authority. Barcode and QR tools generate patterns from data you enter; they do not assign or certify a GS1 identifier, confirm ownership, verify payment, or guarantee regulatory compliance. Confirm that you are authorised to use the data and identifier before printing or sharing a generated code.

Your files and data

Current PDF and label tools process selected files in your browser. You remain responsible for the source files, the personal information they contain, access to your device, and secure storage of downloaded outputs. Do not send customer documents or addresses to support. See the Privacy Policy for details about usage metadata, accounts, cookies, payment providers, and support requests.

Third-party services and availability

Sign-in, hosting, database, analytics, and payment features may depend on third-party providers and your internet connection. A provider outage, browser extension, unsupported file, device limitation, or network issue can affect availability or results. Check the current plan and support information before relying on a feature for a time-sensitive dispatch.

Legal effect

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability, guarantees, or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. For support, send a reproducible issue through the contact page, without attaching confidential customer or payment information.

The operator should publish its verified legal name, principal business address, named grievance officer, grievance email, and grievance phone here. Use the contact page if you need to reach us.

Consumer grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours, a copy of the complaint as recorded is provided, and the grievance is redressed within one month of receipt, subject to applicable law. If we need more information, we will explain what is needed and keep you informed.
