How do I prepare labels?↓
Open your marketplace tool, choose an output format and upload a PDF. Processing starts automatically. Changing a setting prepares a new download.
Which output formats are available?↓
Choose the cropped label size, 4 × 6 inch thermal pages, or A4 sheets with one, two or four labels.
Can I keep invoices?↓
Yes. Turn off Remove invoices to preserve the full source pages in your chosen layout.
Are my PDFs uploaded?↓
No. PDF processing happens on your device. Your account records usage counts, not document contents.
What if a label layout is not recognised?↓
The complete page is preserved when a reliable crop boundary cannot be found. Scanned PDFs may need this fallback.
Can I process large files?↓
Your plan determines the pages allowed per upload. Processing time also depends on your device and the complexity of the PDF.
