Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using LabelCropTools, its browser-based PDF tools, accounts, support, and prepaid plans. Please read them before creating an account or making a purchase. Consumer and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available.

1. The service and these terms

LabelCropTools provides browser-based shipping-label and PDF utilities for sellers and business users. By browsing, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, which explains how account, usage, support, and payment information is handled. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws that apply to your business.

2. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate account and billing details and keep them current.
  • Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
  • Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or compromises another person’s information.
  • We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with law, or address a security risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact support.

3. Your files and use of the tools

The label croppers and PDF tools process selected files in your browser. You retain your rights in those files and outputs. You are responsible for having permission to use the files and personal information they contain, and for keeping your own secure copy of the original. The application does not receive the file bytes in normal tool use; it receives operational metadata needed for plan limits and job history.

You agree not to:

  • use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, or expose personal information without authority;
  • probe or bypass authentication, plan limits, payment checks, or administrative controls;
  • overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure; or
  • upload malware or use the service to send spam, fraudulent documents, or harmful content.

4. Plans, prices, and payments

Available plan features, processing limits, duration options, and prices are shown when paid purchases are available. Plans may limit jobs per day, pages per job, file size, saved presets, and access to advanced features. Check the current limits before selecting a plan. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). The amount and any applicable charges presented in Razorpay Checkout are the amount you authorise.

Paid access is prepaid for the duration you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and starts after payment verification. The current checkout does not automatically renew a plan or authorise recurring debits. You must place a new order to extend access. Coupons are subject to their displayed eligibility, validity, and usage limits.

Razorpay processes checkout and may offer UPI, cards, net banking, or other methods available to your account. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. A plan is not activated until the payment is verified. If money is debited but access is not activated, contact us with the registered email and payment reference; do not send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or OTP.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and consumer rights

A plan does not renew automatically, so no future renewal payment is taken unless you place another order. You may stop using the service at any time; paid access remains subject to its stated expiry date. The conditions and request process for a refund are in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to waive or restrict.

6. Availability, updates, and support

We may update tools, supported formats, limits, or security controls as the service develops. We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, network issues, provider outages, and changes to PDF or marketplace formats can interrupt operation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every source document will be recognised. If a material change affects a prepaid plan, contact us for assistance; applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Support requests should include the tool name, browser, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not attach or paste customer documents, addresses, passwords, OTPs, or full payment credentials.

7. Intellectual property and third-party names

The service software, interface, and original site content belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the software to you.

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, carrier, and printer names and marks belong to their respective owners. They identify supported workflows and do not imply that LabelCropTools is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies.

8. Output review and service limitations

You must review each output against the source document before printing or dispatch. Check the recipient and return addresses, tracking number, product details, page order, crop boundaries, and complete barcode. Scanned, rotated, damaged, encrypted, or unfamiliar PDFs may produce incomplete or incorrect results. Keep and use the original if an output is unclear. The tools do not guarantee that a marketplace, courier, printer, tax authority, or other third party will accept an output.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The tools are general-purpose software, not legal, tax, accounting, shipping, or marketplace advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every format, device, or workflow will work without error. We are not responsible for a printing or dispatch decision made without checking the output.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights. Where the law allows a limitation, our responsibility is limited to the reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence; this does not limit responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact the grievance officer first so we can try to resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from approaching a consumer commission or another forum with jurisdiction, or from using any remedy available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to give up a statutory right to bring a claim in a competent forum.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect a service or legal change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. A material change to paid-plan terms will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after an updated version takes effect is subject to the revised terms, while rights that have already accrued remain unaffected.

Operator and grievance contact

The service is provided under the LabelCropTools name. Send privacy, billing, or other complaints through the contact page.

The operator should publish its verified legal name, principal business address, named grievance officer, grievance email, and grievance phone here. Use the contact page if you need to reach us.

Consumer grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours, a copy of the complaint as recorded is provided, and the grievance is redressed within one month of receipt, subject to applicable law. If we need more information, we will explain what is needed and keep you informed.
