Crop Meesho Labels Without Losing Product Details

LabelCropTools product documentation · Updated

A Meesho shipping PDF can contain a delivery address, a return address, carrier codes, barcodes and a Product Details table above a tax invoice. Cutting at the same height on every page can remove part of the label when one customer's address is longer. The boundary must follow the actual shipping content.

Start with the original dispatch PDF

Use the PDF downloaded for the orders you plan to dispatch. A screenshot or scanned copy can turn selectable fields into pixels, making automatic SKU and courier detection unreliable. Keep an untouched source copy so you can compare every field after processing.

If another tool has already trimmed the PDF, the visible page can have a different origin from its underlying A4 page. LabelCropTools reads text relative to that visible rectangle. This prevents an already-cropped file from being cropped again at the wrong height.

Keep the last Product Details row

Open the Meesho cropper and keep Remove invoices enabled. The shipping area should include the entire delivery and return addresses, both barcode patterns and the complete Product Details row, including SKU, size, quantity, colour and order number.

Check the longest address in the batch as well as an ordinary label. A correct short label does not prove that a fixed crop fits every page. If a boundary cannot be recognised, LabelCropTools preserves the visible source page; use a custom crop only when you have checked that the layout is consistent.

Choose natural label dimensions, thermal stock or A4

Label Only output keeps the natural crop dimensions, so pages can have different heights. This is useful when you want the cropped artwork without fitting it onto a prescribed paper size.

For a thermal roll, choose 4×6. Automatic rotation compares orientations and uses the larger proportional fit. Some borders remain when the source and target shapes differ. For A4, choose one, two or four labels per sheet and keep the printer dialog at one PDF page per sheet.

Sort carefully and confirm one printed label

SKU sorting and duplicate SKU grouping rearrange labels; grouping does not delete repeated SKUs or repeated orders. Courier filters depend on names that can be extracted from the PDF, so inspect any unmatched labels before excluding them.

The crop regression checks cover complete Product Details, long addresses, already-cropped page origins, fixed thermal dimensions and A4 arrangements. A printer still needs its own paper-size and calibration checks. Print one sample, compare the full order number and scan its barcode before the full batch.
